Et je rajoute Emile en plus ! Donc, 15 sportifs. \n\nLicenci\u00e9 au club, Emile n\u2019a que 8 ans. Il est venu encourager son papa, J\u00e9r\u00f4me, mais finalement, il a fait presque tout le programme de course avec le groupe ! Bravo Emile !\n\nCe deuxi\u00e8me acte des \u00ab samedis de l\u2019AJC \u00bb a eu lieu une semaine seulement apr\u00e8s premier. Le 4 octobre, certains combattants iront chercher des points lors d\u2019un shia\u00ef \u00e0 Issoudun. Il nous semblait int\u00e9ressant de leur proposer une s\u00e9ance de plus pour pr\u00e9parer cette \u00e9ch\u00e9ance. D\u2019o\u00f9 le deuxi\u00e8me acte des \u00ab samedis de l\u2019AJC \u00bb.\n\nLe groupe pr\u00e9sent a \u00e9t\u00e9 volontaire et tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9. Dans le prolongement de l\u2019acte 1, la matin\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e autour d\u2019une mobilisation cardio-vasculaire progressivement intense, et d\u2019une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition de gammes simples en judo. Chacun a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se d\u00e9passer et la mise en application des consignes a \u00e9t\u00e9 exemplaire. J\u2019ai pris beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 animer cette matin\u00e9e.\n\nDeux moments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s :\n\n\u25d8 De 10h \u00e0 11h15 : sur piste.\n*Footing de 7 minutes, puis quelques exercices permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer progressivement.\n*6x200m de course avec 1\u201930 de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration apr\u00e8s chaque s\u00e9rie.
