Cela n\u2019a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 le bon d\u00e9roulement de la matin\u00e9e. Les sportifs pr\u00e9sents ont jou\u00e9 le jeu \u00e0 fond, malgr\u00e9 la difficult\u00e9 du travail propos\u00e9. Cependant, le but n\u2019\u00e9tait pas de se mettre dans le rouge ! Mais de mobiliser certaines ressources en allant chercher hors de la zone de confort. El\u00e9ment essentiel en d\u00e9but de saison, pour pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 monter progressivement en puissance.<\/p><p><br \/>Deux moments ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s :<\/p><p><br \/>&#8211; De 10h \u00e0 11h : sur piste.<br \/>Echauffement avec mise en condition progressive puis s\u00e9ries de 200+100 : 200 m\u00e8tres en courant \u00e0 allure soutenue + 100 m\u00e8tres en marchant. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 6 \u00e0 8 s\u00e9ries.<\/p><p><br \/>&#8211; De 11h15 \u00e0 12h : tatami !<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">*Petite routine au sol pour travailler la mobilit\u00e9 et le positionnement sur kesa-gatame et shiho-gatame. Quelques oppositions au sol ont suivi, avec utilisation de kesa et shiho.<\/span><\/p><p>*Travail de posture et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre : maintenir l\u2019\u00e9quilibre fessier malgr\u00e9 des contraintes.<br \/>*Debout : renforcement musculaire (pompes, chandelles et flexions\/plio) encha\u00een\u00e9 d\u2019un randori de 1\u201930\u2019\u2019.
